GE:101 Supplementary Links

GE:101 Technical Computer Applications is designed for students in technology programs, and concentrates on the use of a PC as a tool to help solve problems and write reports.

Included will be instruction in PC hardware, Windows, word processing, electronic spreadsheets, email and the Internet, and the HTML programming language. For a more detailed list of competencies see http://ee.stlcc.info/ge101/101skills.htm. No previous PC experience is required, but math skills at the MTH:124 level or above are strongly recommended.

Students already familiar with those topics, but wanting deeper technical instruction in PC installation and repair, should consider EE:106.
